Ilchi Lee Brain Education for Peace!
This is the tagline of Ilchi Lee when it comes to his brain education system. It is an analytical process through education whereby peace is the main goal to be achieved. The author himself is so determined in implying that only through this educational training for the brain will peace be attained. The brain is the main culprit here. For him, it is the most important asset of the human race – the brain as a gift, and not just an ordinary gift but a precious gift of all. All you need is to discover how this body part will function effectively for your progress and growth.
The Power of the Human Brain
Does the human brain have a power? YES, a big YES is the answer. It has a power that has to be unleashed. When it is unleashed, everything negative will be resolved. Everything problematic will be remedied. And everything uncertain will become certain. Brain, in short words, is the key to certainty. It is its power.
All individuals should have to learn to activate the power of their brain. The cells within can function well for the betterment of these individuals. The neurotransmission process is a process by which an individual will determine his fate on a certain thing.
Since the brain has its power, according to Ilchi Lee, there is a need, an urgent need, to have a proper training for its power to be used effectively. And again, the main goal is the achievement of peace since when there is peace; absolutely, there is harmony and better living. The possibility of a chaotic living is avoided.
The human brain has both conscious and sub-conscious parts. It is in these parts where the classified things are stored up. Those in the conscious part are those most exposed. But, remember that the stored things there are risky sometimes. Why? It is psychologically rooted on the aspect that the direct experiences, particularly the bad ones, are stored in this part.
There is a need then to uncover sometimes those stored in the sub-conscious level. Why? Since those in this part are the more important ones. In an iceberg, these are the things from the midway going to the base. This is where the most significant experiences are piled up. And the real power of the brain resides in this aspect. So, with this classification of facts, brain power is unleashed and used.
Again, why brain education?
The main goal is to achieve or grasp a fundamental transformation. According to Ilchi Lee, it is so possible to have a holistic growth and development. All you have to do is to use your brain power to be able to have it. The brain acts as the core point of human body functions. This is where everything is attached. And this is where the human growth depends into.
After finding its own merits, Ilchi Lee brain education is therefore important.

Famous Quotes by Ilchi Lee
Ilchi Lee (born Lee Seung-Heun on December 23, 1950) is a South Korean author and the founder of a variety of mind-body training methods, including Dahnhak, Dahn yoga, Brain Respiration, Brain Education, and DahnMuDo. Lee began teaching his methods in a park in the 1980s, and since that time the practice has developed into an international network of for-profit and non-profit entities.
Below are some of his famous quotations from various books authored by Ilchi Lee himself.
From The Twelve Enlightenments
“Observe your own body. It breathes. You breathe when you are asleep, when you are no longer conscious of your own ideas of self-identity. Who, then, is breathing? The collection of information that you mistakenly think it’s you is not the main protagonist in this drama called the breath. In fact, you are not breathing; breath is naturally happening to you. You can purposely end your own life, but you cannot purposely keep your own life going. The expression, “My life” is actually an oxymoron, a result of ignorance and mistaken assumption. You don’t posses life; life expresses itself through you. Your body is a flower that life let bloom, a phenomenon created by life.”
Change: Realizing Your Greatest Potential
“At this time in history, sick, afraid, and despondent are the general conditions that affect the majority of people almost everywhere. It's difficult and challenging to follow the call of conscience when we're under the dark veil of these forces. At the same time, it's painful not to follow it.
When you become healthy, courageous, and hopeful, following your conscience becomes easier. When people are healthy, courageous, and hopeful, it's difficult to bend their mind and will. You can't force them to do what you'd like them to do against their will. They will speak out what they believe, and stand up and do what is right even when it means a loss to them.
I am hopeful because I have witnessed this change throughout my life. From the realization of what I really am, I became hopeful, courageous, and passionate for life, and I felt responsible for the general condition of humanity and the Earth because they are not separate from me.”
The Call of Sedona: Journey of the Heart
“Dreams are reality that has not become true. However, in the hearts of some people, they have already come true. People whose dreams are already achieved in their hearts and who can see that as they boldly throw themselves into it, have true courage.”
Lifeparticle Meditation: A practical Guide to Healing and Transformation
“Your mind creates everything. Your conscious mind has much greater power than you can ever imagine. Your mind can create blessings or disasters, can heal or harm, can bring abundance or absence. It is up to your mind whether the world looks hopeful or hopeless.”
Human Technology: A Toolkit for Authentic Living
“In order to be the master of your life, you must first recognize that you are the rightful master of your brain, its owner and operator.”
These famous Ilchi Lee quotes may be applied to our day to day living to have a peaceful, healthy and happy life.
